We are convinced that this respect for the environment as well as the modernity of the winemaking facilities make it possible to produce a wine revealing the best of this terroir.

THE DOMAIN

Welcome to the Saint-Pancrace estate

At the foot of the Sainte-Victoire massif, in the town of Puyloubier, the estate extends around the Saint-Pancrace chapel built in 1045 on the site of an ancient Roman villa.

The wealth of the estate comes from its great diversity of soils. The stoniest ones come from the shattering of rocks during the last glaciation. The less stony ones have the particularity of being grassy, thus promoting biodiversity. Crop management is done with respect for living things: construction of nest boxes, planting of fruit hedges and honey meadows, preservation of the riverine forest.
