Appearance
Pale straw with bright highlights.
Nose
Fresh and expressive: citrus, white peach, floral notes.
Palate
Lively and balanced, on citrus and stone fruit. Clairette brings finesse, Rolle texture and length. A clean, mineral finish.

At the table

Grilled fish, shellfish, Mediterranean salads and goat's cheese. Its freshness also pairs beautifully with herb- and vegetable-based cooking.
