Terms and conditions
of sale

Translation provided for information; the French version prevails.
Version in force on 12 October 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms apply to wine sales concluded at a distance on www.domaine-saint-pancrace.com between SCEA Saint-Pancrace and a consumer buyer. By confirming the order, the buyer declares having read and accepted them. Sales to professionals are subject to specific terms.

2. Seller

SCEA Saint-Pancrace, 13114 Puyloubier, France. RCS Aix-en-Provence. SIRET 434 208 823 00014. EU VAT number FR 954 342 08823. Contact: contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com, +33 6 13 09 14 93.

3. Sale of alcohol

The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited (article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). By ordering, the buyer certifies being at least 18 years old. The estate may ask for proof of age and refuse or cancel an order in case of doubt; the order is then refunded in full. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink responsibly.

4. Products

Wines are sold in cases of 6 bottles of 75 cl: one cuvée per case, or the discovery case (2 bottles of each of the three cuvées offered). For a mixed case, the buyer contacts the estate at contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com. The vintage is shown on the Shop page. Photos are for illustration only. Sales are subject to available stock. If an ordered wine is no longer available, the estate informs the buyer and refunds them within 14 days, unless the buyer accepts another wine or vintage.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT and alcohol duties included). Delivery costs are added to the price of the wines; the amount is shown before payment. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

6. Ordering

The buyer chooses the cases on the Shop page, selects delivery or collection at the estate, certifies being 18 or over, accepts these terms, then pays on our provider's secure page. The sale is concluded upon payment. A receipt is sent by e-mail to the address given. The estate may refuse an abnormal order or one placed in bad faith.

7. Payment

Payment is made online when ordering, through Stripe: bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Bank details are processed by Stripe; the estate never has access to them.

8. Delivery and collection

Area: wines are delivered by Colissimo to the countries of the European Union.

Costs: €20 incl. VAT for an order of one or two cases, free from three cases.

Collection: the order can be collected free of charge at the estate, in Puyloubier, by appointment.

Lead time: orders are shipped within 10 working days of payment. During the estate's closing periods this may be longer; delivery takes place in any case no later than 30 days after the order. Colissimo transit times are added to the shipping time.

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate address. If the buyer is absent, the parcel is made available according to the carrier's conditions.

If delivery does not take place within the agreed time, the buyer may, after asking the estate to deliver within a reasonable additional period, cancel the order and be refunded (articles L. 216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

9. Receipt, breakage and damaged parcels

The risk of loss or breakage passes to the buyer when they take possession of the parcel. On delivery, the buyer checks the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. If the box is damaged or wet, or if bottles are broken, the buyer records this precisely on the delivery slip or refuses the parcel.

The buyer informs the estate within 3 days of receipt at contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com, with photos of the parcel and the bottles. The estate replaces or refunds the broken bottles.

10. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw, without giving any reason (article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). They inform the estate by e-mail at contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com, with a clear statement or using the form below.

The bottles must be returned no later than 14 days after this notification, intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

The estate refunds the price of the wines and the initial delivery costs (on the basis of the standard rate) within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, using the same means of payment. It may withhold the refund until the bottles are received. An opened bottle, or one damaged by the buyer, is not refunded.

11. Legal guarantees

The wines benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity, the buyer has two years from delivery to act and may obtain replacement of the product or, failing that, a refund. For any claim, the buyer writes to contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com.

12. Liability

The estate is not liable for any delay or non-performance due to force majeure, nor for damage resulting from improper storage of the wines after delivery.

13. Personal data

The estate collects the data needed for the order (name, addresses, e-mail, telephone). It is used only to process the order, for delivery and customer service, and is passed on to Stripe (payment) and La Poste (delivery). It is kept for as long as needed for the order and accounting obligations. The buyer can request access to, correction or deletion of their data at contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com, and may contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

14. Disputes

In case of difficulty, the buyer first writes to the estate at contact@domaine-saint-pancrace.com to seek an amicable solution.

These terms are governed by French law. A consumer buyer retains the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
