The estate

Le Domaine
Saint-Pancrace

In Puyloubier, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire: 20 hectares farmed organically, around an 11th-century chapel. The site has been inhabited since Antiquity.

The place

A place shaped
by time

At the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, this land bears the marks of continuous settlement since Antiquity. The 11th-century chapel, built on the ruins of a Roman villa, stands in a landscape of vines, olive trees and dry-stone walls.

It is in this landscape, structured by time, that we grow our vines today, with rigour and consistency.

Our approach

Caring for
a terroir

The horse works between the rows so as not to compact the soil and to protect the old vines. Grass grows freely.

We stand for artisanal winegrowing, sober and rooted, that respects the land, time and people. Through every bottle, we seek to convey the truest expression of this terroir.

On a human scale

An estate
on a human scale

At Domaine Saint-Pancrace nothing is set in stone; everything is decided according to the plot, the vintage and the style of wine we are after.

We work with flexibility and rigour, without routines, staying close to the land.

It is this freedom that gives the wines their consistency, their precision and their identity.

The soils

A fine mosaic
of soils

Domaine Saint-Pancrace covers 20 hectares in a single block, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire. It holds a fine mosaic of soils: limestone scree, red clays, blue sandstone…

Each soil gives a different wine. That is where the Sélection Parcellaire comes from.

We encourage natural grass cover, plant hedges, protect beneficial insects and welcome sheep in autumn.

Noémie

Born at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, Noémie took over Domaine Saint-Pancrace in 2016, after a career change driven by a taste for the concrete. She built the winery, laid the foundations, and released the estate's first vintage in 2019.
