Full, at once powerful and elegant, with lovely volume and fine substance. Accents of dark fruit, tender, coated tannins, a rich, crunchy finish.

To savour with a fine piece of grilled beef, herb-roasted lamb or slow-cooked Provençal dishes. It also pairs beautifully with roasted mushrooms or a raw-milk aged cheese.
