Pale lychee with salmon highlights.
Nose
A complex, delicate and intense bouquet, with a floral palette, a pleasing exotic tone and a light peppery note.
Palate
Tender and smooth, finely balanced. Notes of peach and lychee, a light salinity, a soft, indulgent finish.

At the table

To savour with langoustine ravioli, a citrus scallop carpaccio or a warm octopus salad with olive oil. A rosé that elegantly accompanies iodine flavours and delicate textures.
